Description:
Saudi German Hospital Dubai is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nursing Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to its Nursing Department. This role is ideal for professionals who possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursing Director and nursing teams, assisting with scheduling, documentation, correspondence, record management, and daily departmental operations. Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring efficient administrative coordination will be essential aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Nursing Director and nursing department
• Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and correspondence
• Prepare reports, documentation, and departmental records
• Maintain confidential files and administrative documents
• Coordinate internal and external communications
• Assist with data entry, filing, and record management activities
• Support nursing administration with daily operational requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
