Big Mart General Trading LLC is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented General Merchandiser to join its growing team in Ajman. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous merchandising experience who are passionate about product presentation, inventory management, and supporting retail operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining merchandise displays, monitoring product availability, coordinating stock replenishment activities, and ensuring products are presented effectively to maximize sales opportunities. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to merchandising activities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays across assigned areas
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities
• Ensure products are correctly priced, labeled, and positioned
• Track inventory movement and report stock shortages
• Assist in implementing merchandising plans and promotional activities
• Maintain product visibility to support sales performance
• Coordinate with store teams to ensure merchandising standards are met
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends when required
Requirements:
• Male or Female candidates are welcome to apply
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant merchandising experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of retail merchandising practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
