We are looking for a competent, energetic and experienced Cook/Chef to join our team and support the provision of quality meals to patients, staff and visitors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Production, Culinary Arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy institution, hospital, hotel, or restaurant
- Experience in preparing meals for large numbers of people
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and nutrition principles
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
