Description:
A growing organization in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Admin to support its expanding HR and administrative operations. This role combines HR coordination with document control responsibilities, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and accurate record-keeping across the organization.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR documentation, supporting visa and labor-related processes, and maintaining compliance with UAE regulations. This position requires a proactive individual who can balance administrative precision with strong people-focused support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle documentation, including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in both physical and digital formats
• Implement and oversee document control systems to ensure compliance and easy accessibility
• Support UAE visa processing, labor law compliance, and government-related correspondence
• Prepare HR reports, employment letters, and administrative documentation as required
• Serve as a key point of contact for HR-related queries and office administration support
• Ensure all HR data is organized, updated, and audit-ready at all times
• Assist in maintaining compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal HR policies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration, preferably within UAE or GCC region
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR documentation processes
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and document management systems
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Strong knowledge of:
• HR administration and employee lifecycle management
• UAE labor law compliance and documentation procedures
• Document control systems and HR reporting practices
