A contracting company based in Ras Al Khaimah is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Officer to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, maintain, and monitor HSE policies and procedures across project sites
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
• Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations and internal company standards
• Deliver safety training sessions, inductions, and toolbox talks to workers and staff
• Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective and preventive measures

Requirements:
• Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are highly preferred
• Prior experience in the contracting or construction industry is essential
• Strong understanding of UAE health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills
