Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Hold or be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Communications, or related fields.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Have interest in frontier markets, impact investing, renewable energy, or financial inclusion.

  • Be familiar with research, data analysis, financial modelling, or communications strategy depending on the internship track.

  • Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with CrossBoundary’s mission of unlocking capital to create lasting impact in emerging markets.

  • Technical tracks (Investment Advisory, Minigrid Lab, Data Analytics) require quantitative skills and comfort with research.

  • Communications tracks require strong writing, storytelling, and digital content skills.

  • Operations tracks require organizational ability and process‑driven thinking.
