Job Summary:

Touq Property Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Collections Officer to manage and recover outstanding receivables across our client portfolio in Abu Dhabi.

This is a field-based role, requiring regular visits to client offices to follow up on pending payments, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure consistent cash flow into the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client offices across Abu Dhabi to follow up on outstanding invoices
• Ensure timely collection of payments in line with agreed terms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and accounts teams
• Coordinate with internal finance and operations teams on receivables status
• Track, report, and update collection progress on a daily/weekly basis
• Resolve payment delays and disputes professionally and efficiently
• Maintain proper documentation of all collection activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and close payments
• Valid UAE driving license (MANDATORY)
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi locations and business areas
• Basic understanding of invoicing and financial documents
• Fluent in Arabic and/or English

Preferred Candidate:

• Background in facility management, construction, or contracting industry
• Strong field presence and ability to visit multiple clients daily
• Highly organized and target-driven
