Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently oversee and manage transactions which include On Time Courier delivery, Follow up and analysis.
- Record & Update Data for all Lost and Damaged in transit.
- Initiate Weekly progress monitoring with respective 3PL Providers.
- Clear Abnormal undelivered tasks within 3 days of assignment.
- Provide solutions on improving forward services to consumers.
Qualifications
- Diploma in any related course. (Experience in Logistics is an added advantage)
- A strong understanding of the logistics & transportation industry, including knowledge of delivery routes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead & manage 3PL providers, including setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts.
