Description:
A growing company in Dubai is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Façade Designer with a strong background in UAE façade systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative design skills to deliver high-quality façade solutions while ensuring compliance with local standards and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in façade design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
• Good understanding of UAE building codes and project standards
• Strong coordination skills to work effectively with engineers, architects, and project teams

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed façade design drawings and technical documentation
• Review project specifications to ensure full compliance with standards
• Coordinate with production and site teams for successful design implementation
• Support project execution with technical expertise
• Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings for façade and aluminium systems
• Develop and maintain project schedules related to façade works
• Prepare cutting lists based on approved drawings
• Assist engineers with material take-offs and quantity calculations
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and industry best practices
