Description:

A growing organization in the automotive service sector is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in the UAE automobile service or car wash industry and possess the ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationship management.

The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s business operations by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and strengthening the organization’s presence within the automotive service market. This role requires an individual who understands the local industry landscape and has proven experience in developing successful sales and business development strategies.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business leads, approaching potential clients, and maintaining long-term professional relationships with corporate partners and customers. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and delivered effectively while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the car wash and automotive service industry in the UAE.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s customer base and increase revenue.
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations and service standards are consistently met.

Candidate Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in business development or sales within the UAE automotive service industry.
• Previous experience working with a car wash company or automotive service center will be highly preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required to effectively communicate with clients and partners.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
