Job Description

Maxpower Electromechanical Contracting LLC is looking to hire 2 Accountants with 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE. The ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, ERP systems, and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with suppliers to obtain tax invoices and process payments

Perform supplier reconciliation and manage daily invoicing

Record daily financial transactions accurately

Maintain proper financial documentation and filing system

Assist in internal and external audits

Prepare and support VAT filing and tax return documentation

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and UAE regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Experience with Tally and/or ERP software

Understanding of VAT and UAE tax procedures

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

Experience in construction or MEP contracting companies (advantage)
