Description:
Dhruv Global School in Dubai is expanding its team for the upcoming academic year and invites applications from dedicated educators and school professionals. The school seeks candidates who are committed to student development, take ownership of their roles, and are familiar with how schools operate in the UAE, including KHDA and MOE regulations.

The school is hiring for the following positions:

1. KG Head – Lead and oversee the Kindergarten department, manage staff, and ensure high-quality learning outcomes
2. Kindergarten Teachers & Teaching Assistants – Deliver age-appropriate lessons, support student learning, and assist the KG Head
3. Primary Teachers – English, Maths, Hindi, French, SST, Science, Arabic; responsible for lesson planning, student assessment, and curriculum delivery
4. Admin Head – Manage school administration, documentation, and office operations efficiently
5. School Counsellor – Provide student guidance, support mental health initiatives, and assist teachers and parents
6. IT Support (Data Entry) – Maintain school IT systems, manage data entry tasks, and provide technical support

Requirements:

• Relevant educational qualifications for the applied position
• Prior experience in UAE schools is preferred
• Awareness of KHDA and MOE regulations and school compliance standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and administration
