Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a confident, organized, and patient-focused professional with:

? Extensive experience in a polyclinic or healthcare setting

? Strong knowledge of medical billing & insurance verification

? Excellent patient communication and inquiry-handling skills

? Fluency in *English* (spoken & written)

? Professional appearance and positive attitude

? Proficiency in *Microsoft Office*

? Ability to quickly learn booking and medical software systems

? Immediate availability
