Description:
Supreme Gulf is currently seeking a dependable and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support its daily office operations in Dubai. This role is suited for someone who is detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple administrative responsibilities in a professional office environment.

The selected candidate will assist with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that help ensure smooth workflow across departments. The position involves maintaining office records, managing communications, and coordinating with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee routine office administration tasks and ensure proper organization of documents and files
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and official correspondence
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for office activities
• Prepare reports and assist in compiling important office data when required
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support management by assisting with meeting schedules, appointments, and administrative duties

Requirements:
