Description:

MENO Logistics DMCC, a growing logistics company based in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Dubai, is currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with solid UAE experience who can manage financial operations while ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting activities, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, while contributing to the company’s financial planning and overall operational efficiency. The position requires strong analytical skills, hands-on accounting experience, and a clear understanding of UAE taxation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and management reports.
• Handle budgeting processes and monitor company cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations in line with FTA requirements.
• Coordinate audits and maintain proper documentation for regulatory purposes.
• Support senior management with financial insights and strategic planning.
• Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of overall finance and accounting experience, including at least 2 years within the UAE.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT regulations, and FTA compliance procedures.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA are preferred.
• Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
