A healthcare facility in the UAE is currently seeking a skilled and proactive Clinic Manager to lead and oversee daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes while maintaining high standards of patient care and service delivery. This role requires strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage both operational and staff-related responsibilities effectively.

The Clinic Manager will play a central role in coordinating between medical professionals, administrative teams, and external partners to ensure seamless clinic performance and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency across all departments.
• Supervise front desk staff, nursing personnel, and other support team members to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and quality standards.
• Manage patient relations, appointment scheduling systems, and overall service quality.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, suppliers, and senior management to support operational needs.

Requirements:
