Account Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a confident and client-oriented Account Executive to join our team. This is a client-facing role where you will be in direct contact with clients, handling communication, meetings, follow-ups, and supporting the sales and project coordination process.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable dealing with clients professionally, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
• Communicate daily with clients via calls, meetings, and emails.
• Understand client needs and translate them clearly to internal teams.
• Follow up with leads and support the sales closing process.
• Attend and lead client meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate with creative, media buying, content, and web teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track accounts, update CRM records, and maintain organized follow-ups.
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

Requirements:

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Must speak Arabic fluently (native-level with clear Gulf communication).
• Must speak English fluently.
• Previous experience in Account Executive, Sales, Business Development, or Client Management roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.
• Organized, proactive, and target-driven.
• Experience in a marketing agency is a plus.
