Job Vacancy – Call Center Agent
A well-established Restaurant Group is seeking to hire a Call Center Agent to join our team.
Requirements:
(Female)
- Fluency in Arabic, English, and Urdu (spoken is mandatory).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills and ability to handle order-entry systems.
- Previous experience in restaurants or customer service is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and take orders accurately.
- Coordinate orders with restaurant branches.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
