Description:
Our company is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to manage villa renovation projects across the UAE, with a focus on MEP works. The role requires hands-on supervision to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and safety standards.
• Coordinate effectively with workers, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure timely completion of all renovation projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in villa renovation projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise site activities efficiently.
