Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
•     Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, HR, Engineering, Architecture, ICT, or related fields (depending on role).
•     Be registered with professional bodies where applicable (e.g., ICPAK, LSK, EBK, HRM practitioners).
•     Have prior experience in government service, housing projects, corporate governance, auditing, HR, or sustainability.
•     Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
•     Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with AHB’s mission of delivering accessible and adequate housing for all Kenyans.
•     Senior roles (CEO, General Managers, Corporation Secretary) require proven management experience and track record in public service or corporate leadership.
