Role Overview:
The organization is seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead and implement strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This position requires a professional with strong strategic thinking abilities, leadership skills, and hands-on execution expertise to drive impactful marketing outcomes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning marketing efforts with overall business objectives while ensuring measurable performance and consistent brand positioning.
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, and market presence
- Identify emerging market opportunities and target customer segments
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and service launches
Campaign Management:
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and offline channels
- Oversee performance marketing activities including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
- Manage content strategy covering websites, blogs, brochures, and case studies
- Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all communication platforms
Revenue & Performance Focus:
- Drive lead generation initiatives and customer acquisition strategies
- Analyze and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates
- Track campaign effectiveness using metrics such as ROI and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and support marketing team members to achieve performance goals
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Technology teams
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors
Budget & Reporting:
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize results
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior leadership
- Monitor KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements for ongoing campaigns
