Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Sales & Marketing, or related fields (depending on role).
• Have experience in animal nutrition, livestock advisory services, feed sales, or FMCG field sales.
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑relationship management skills.
• Possess good understanding of regional livestock markets and farmer engagement.
• Be able to meet sales targets, manage territories, and support distributors or farmers.
• Managerial roles may require leadership experience and strategic planning capabilities.
• Show professionalism, integrity, and ability to work in a fast‑paced FMCG/manufacturing environment.
