Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Utilities to oversee Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) roads and infrastructure projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in utility works, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently under live traffic conditions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in utilities works on roads and infrastructure projects.
  • Mandatory experience with RTA projects in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of utility diversions including DEWA, sewer, storm water, irrigation, electrical, street lighting, and telecom.
  • Proven experience managing works under live traffic conditions.
  • Excellent coordination skills with authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.

Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred.

Salary: 10000 - 15000 AED
