Hiring Alert: Storekeeper – Construction (Civil / MEP) – Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Avoir is hiring multiple Storekeepers to support active Civil and MEP construction projects across Dubai. A total of 30 positions are currently open, offering stable and long-term opportunities for experienced construction storekeepers. This role is critical to ensuring smooth material flow at project sites, from receipt to issuance, while maintaining accurate inventory control.

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing site materials efficiently to support construction timelines and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming Civil and MEP materials against approved specifications and delivery documents
• Ensure all materials are stored safely and systematically according to site and safety standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and material documentation for internal controls and audits
• Issue materials to site teams based on approved material requisitions and monitor daily usage
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventories, reconciling discrepancies when identified
• Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping and ensure organized storage areas at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Storekeeper in Civil or MEP construction projects is mandatory
• Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking and reporting
• Strong record-keeping and organizational skills
• Indian nationality as per client requirement
• Must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately
