Job Description
Our client a leading Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic in Kenya, is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations. The role is ideal for a professional who is hands-on, accurate, and experienced in managing finances in a busy service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, books of accounts, and ledgers
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Handle invoicing, receipts, and payment reconciliations
- Support payroll preparation and statutory deductions
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Support audits and financial reviews when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA (Part I or II) is an added advantage
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
