Job Description
Requirements:
- English C1
- 2 years of experience as a Scheduler in health areas preferably
- Basic office and computer skills with strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Verbal Communication Answer telephone calls and inquiries in a professional, upbeat manner.
- Communicate regularly with associates and clients to evaluate service quality.
- Serve as liaison between caregivers and the Office Manager.
- Customer Focus Respond promptly and courteously to customer calls.
- Receive and process referrals and inquiries regarding company programs.
- Adaptability Assist with sales, marketing, and public relations efforts as needed.
- Decision Making & Judgment Maintain integrity in all interactions with caregivers and clients.
- Demonstrate alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and core values.
- Problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
