Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a technical or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in the real estate or general contracting sector.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Project management expertise, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Technical proficiency in construction design, engineering, and execution.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Risk management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
