Job Description
- The Supply Chain Consultant is responsible for end-to-end procurement, inventory, and logistics management across all operations. This role focuses on vendor development, asset and warehouse control, RMA and spares, logistics optimization, and cross-country coordination to ensure cost efficiency, reliability, and alignment with company strategy.
Responsibilities
- Procurement s Inventory Management
- Develop, evaluate, and manage vendors for all inventory and key items to secure best pricing, support, and payment terms.
- Manage the entire workflow from user requisition to goods issuance, ensuring traceability until items are sold or installed as Capex.
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FA register) in coordination with Finance and country management.
- Arrange insurance coverage for all assets, ensuring renewals and claims are managed effectively.
- Oversee RMA and spares management, ensuring timely return, testing, reporting, and replacement of faulty items.
- Manage warehouses across countries, ensuring proper storage, stock accuracy, and security of items.
- Ensure compliance with company vision and support development of departmental skills and resources across all operating countries.
- Monitor inventory health, including slow-moving and obsolete stock, and initiate corrective actions.

- Flexibility with travel to other countries of operation as required.
- Provide regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering procurement activities, inventory status, logistics performance, and vendor KPIs.
- Support Finance and Management in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, import/export regulations, insurance obligations, and contractual agreements.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness across all supply chain functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and logistics.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with vendors and logistics partners.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in RMA, warehouse, and fixed asset management.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with ability to deliver projects within budget.
- Skilled in ERP and inventory management systems (e.g., Zoho Inventory).
- Effective communicator with cross-functional and multi-country teams
