Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Sales & Opportunity Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Oracle Hospitality software solutions
- Engage enterprise and mid-sized Hospitality businesses to understand operational and system challenges
- Map client business needs to appropriate Oracle Hospitality products and services
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Solution Selling & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead consultative sales conversations with IT, Finance, Operations, and executive stakeholders
- Work with technical and pre-sales teams to design and present solution proposals
- Support product demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution positioning
- Develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage complex deal cycles
- Submit weekly and monthly performance and pipeline reports
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Use data to track performance and identify improvement areas
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Act as a trusted advisor on technology solutions and digital transformation
- Ensure smooth handover to implementation and support teams post-sale
- Gather market intelligence and client feedback to inform strategy
Education/Experience Needed:
- BSc/BA in Sales, Business Administration or relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in enterprise software sales, technology sales, or solution selling
- Experience selling ERP, database, cloud, or enterprise systems (Oracle experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of business systems, digital transformation, and enterprise IT environments
- Experience working with technical teams in pre-sales engagements
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
