Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on rent payments and manage rent arrears
- Assist with lease administration, renewals, and documentation
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and general relationship management
- Conduct routine property inspections and prepare inspection reports
- Ensure accurate record keeping and proper filing of property documents
- Coordinate caretakers, service providers, and contractors for property-related issues
- Support marketing and viewing of vacant units
- Provide regular field updates and reports to management
Minimum Requirements
- KCSE minimum grade D+
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Valid motorcycle riding licence with proven riding ability
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work extensively in the field
Salary: Ksh. 30,000 - Ksh. 35,000
