We are currently hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure to join our growing engineering team in Dubai. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to gain hands-on exposure to live infrastructure and road development projects while working alongside experienced engineers.

The selected candidate will support smooth, professional, and efficient execution of ongoing roads and infrastructure works across multiple project sites.

Key responsibilities include:
• Providing on-site and office-based engineering support for large-scale road and infrastructure projects
• Assisting senior engineers with site coordination, daily inspections, and progress tracking
• Supporting the preparation, review, and organization of technical drawings, site reports, and project documentation
• Coordinating with contractors, supervisors, and project teams to ensure activities follow approved schedules
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Assisting in resolving technical issues, coordination challenges, and site-related concerns as they arise

Requirements for the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
• Suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of civil engineering principles related to roads, drainage, and infrastructure works
• Willingness to work on-site and support demanding field engineering operations
• Strong interest in learning UAE infrastructure standards and construction practices
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
