Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, ICT, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Possess a Master’s degree in a relevant area (an added advantage for managerial roles).
• Have proven managerial and leadership experience in a reputable organization.
• Demonstrate strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Be conversant with public sector operations, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Uphold high standards of integrity in line with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
