We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin Officer / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily administrative and clerical duties
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
Prepare letters, reports, and internal documentation
Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence
Coordinate with HR, operations, and management teams
Update records and maintain accurate office data
Assist management with general administrative support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in administration or office support preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
