Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead and support the operational performance of our luxury jewellery retail stores in Dubai. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can manage teams, optimize store performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze sales figures, KPIs, and overall store performance
• Supervise staff productivity, scheduling, attendance, and disciplinary matters
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations while maintaining brand standards
• Enhance in-store customer experience and operational workflows
• Collaborate closely with senior management to achieve business targets and expansion goals

Requirements:

• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE
• Demonstrated experience in retail operations or store management is mandatory
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management abilities
• Background in luxury retail or jewellery operations is an advantage
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and performance-oriented mindset
