We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Hair Account Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals from the hair and beauty industry who enjoy working closely with salons, building long-term client relationships, and driving business growth.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing existing salon accounts while actively developing new business opportunities. This is a target-oriented position that requires regular salon visits, strong communication skills, and a passion for professional hair and beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular salon visits to manage and support assigned accounts
• Generate new orders and ensure timely replenishment of products
• Deliver product trainings, demonstrations, and brand presentations
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with salon owners and professionals
• Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the hair, beauty, or distribution industry is mandatory
• Valid UAE driving license along with own vehicle
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a sales-focused role
• Background as a hairdresser, trainer, or educator is highly welcomed
