We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ACCOUNTANT (MALE)to manage the financial operations of our company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting functions, and a solid understanding of the UAE Corporate Tax (CT) regulations. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, tax compliance and supporting management with accurate financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledgers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.
• Prepare and file VAT and Corporate Tax (CT) returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Liaise with external auditors and government authorities when required.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Support management with financial insights to improve decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a service or cleaning company.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and tax regulations, including Corporate Tax (CT) and VAT.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience working in the cleaning or facility management industry.
• Familiarity with UAE labor and commercial laws.
• Available for immediate joining or with a short notice period.
