We are looking for a Personal Secretary with strong IT skills and AI knowledge to support daily administrative and office operations.

  • Good knowledge of IT systems and AI tools (e.g., automation tools, AI assistants, basic data handling)
  • Excellent command of MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle emails, scheduling, reports, and confidential documents
