Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain target customer lists according to company guidelines; ensure regular and frequent visits to customers as per set targets.
- Oversee order bookings within the assigned territory, monitor timely payment collections on booked orders, and maintain an updated stock tracker for wholesalers/distributors.
- Ensure continuous visibility and presence of Shalina consumer products in all relevant trade channels be it in MT/GT.
- Manage and supervise merchandiser, and sales delegate activities across modern trade and general trade outlets.
- Promote Shalina Healthcare products by effectively communicating product messages, including trade offers such as discounts, bonuses, and gifts.
- Participate actively in internal sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions to stay aligned with company objectives and product knowledge.
- Gather and provide market intelligence, including competitor bids, pricing data, and bundling strategies to support the establishment of negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.
- Submit timely weekly sales reports and monthly tour plans, ensuring sales delegates meet expected call averages and customer coverage.

Qualification and Experience

- Minimum of 5 years in Sales in related business.
- Vast GT and MT products knowledge
- Familiar with the FMCG and cosmetic market trends and product lines
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
