Job Description
- This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about fostering learner success, delivering high-quality instruction, and supporting the practical application of business concepts. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the next generation of thinkers, problem-solvers, and innovators.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics and Business Studies in line with the approved curriculum.
- Teach mathematical concepts and business principles clearly and effectively across assigned grade levels.
- Assess, record, and report learners’ progress through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Support learners with varying abilities through differentiated teaching methods.
- Maintain classroom discipline and uphold school policies and procedures.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical application of business concepts.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Mathematics and/or Business Studies.
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Mathematics, Business Studies, or a related field.
- TSC registration is an added advantage.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
