Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, Communication, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, IT, or a related field.
• Have relevant experience in fashion production, garment quality control, digital communications, content creation, modeling, or website management.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality standards (for the Quality Assurance role).
• Possess excellent communication, storytelling, and brand engagement skills.
• Be creative, confident, and camera-friendly (for Content Creator / Model role).
• Have basic knowledge of website management, e-commerce platforms, and digital tools.
• Be innovative, adaptable, and passionate about African fashion and branding.
• Uphold professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
