We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain front desk and reception area
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules
- Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience is a plus
