An organization in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling administrative responsibilities efficiently. Immediate joiners currently based in Abu Dhabi will be given priority consideration.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day office administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments. This includes managing and organizing company documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that files are properly stored and easily accessible when needed.

The Admin Assistant will also provide support to the HR department and management team by handling routine operational duties, preparing documents, and assisting with coordination tasks. Internal communication and follow-ups with various departments will form a key part of the role, helping maintain alignment and efficiency within the office.

Additional responsibilities include responding to internal inquiries, offering general administrative assistance, and contributing to maintaining an organized and productive work environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and the capability to multitask effectively in a professional setting.

Previous experience in office administration is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook will be considered an advantage. Candidates must be currently based in Abu Dhabi and ready to join immediately.
