We are seeking a highly energetic and target-focused Marketing Manager / Executive to join a growing project management and recruitment services firm based in Dubai. This role is designed for a driven professional who can generate quality leads, strengthen B2B relationships, and elevate brand visibility to attract premium clients and skilled professionals across the UAE market.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping marketing initiatives, supporting business growth, and positioning the company as a trusted and high-end service provider within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute aggressive lead generation strategies to acquire new corporate clients requiring project management and recruitment services.
• Build, manage, and nurture strong B2B relationships with senior decision-makers such as HR Directors, Project Managers, and CEOs across multiple industries.
• Plan and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns and email marketing initiatives to effectively reach target audiences.
• Monitor the Dubai project management and recruitment market to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
• Strengthen brand positioning by ensuring consistent, professional, and high-quality marketing communication.
• Track performance metrics and work towards monthly and quarterly targets, focusing on lead conversion and return on marketing investment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably within recruitment, consultancy, or project management sectors in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and B2B sales cycles.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and basic digital marketing tools.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• A proactive “hunter” mindset with a strong drive to achieve measurable targets and results.
