Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Human Resource Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Possess a Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications (CPA, CFA, CHRP, MBA) for senior leadership roles.
• Have extensive experience in banking, financial services, retail banking, HR business partnering, or trust services.
• Demonstrate strong strategic leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Possess excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Be results-driven with a strong understanding of banking regulations and market dynamics.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
