ASL Logistics is growing its commercial team and is currently seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to be based in Dubai. This role is well suited for professionals with a background in freight forwarding sales who enjoy building client relationships and performing in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and supporting the company’s expansion within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
• Previous UAE sales experience is an added advantage.
• Actively identify, approach, and develop new clients within assigned markets.
• Maintain regular client meetings and follow up on inquiries and proposals.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while meeting strict deadlines and sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
