Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Procurement & Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have relevant experience working in hotels, lodges, or hospitality establishments.
• Demonstrate strong inventory management and record-keeping skills (for Storekeeper roles).
• Possess leadership, operational, and guest service management skills (for Assistant Lodge Manager roles).
• Have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work in remote lodge environments.
• Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
