The Business Development role is a front-line growth position responsible for selling solutions, expanding market presence and building long-term, value-based client relationships. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, understanding business challenges, and positioning our customer experience solutions as strategic growth enablers. This is a commercial, consultative and relationship-driven position aligned to revenue growth and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business development and revenue growth strategies.
- Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities aligned to the company’s CX solutions and strategic focus.
- Proactively engage prospective clients through targeted outreach among other strategies
- Manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Present CX solutions in a compelling, value-driven manner.
- Engage clients to understand their business context and CX challenges.
- Co-create tailored solutions that address client needs.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- Drive customer retention, repeat business, and account growth.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends and CX best practices.
- Provide market insights to leadership.
- Represent the company professionally in client and industry engagements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in consultative or solution selling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships.
- Commercial and results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
