Description:
We are currently hiring a Senior Interior Design Drafter on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established and leading real estate developer in the UAE. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who have strong technical expertise and hands-on involvement in high-rise residential and commercial developments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for producing detailed interior fit-out drawings while coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and design consistency.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of proven experience in interior design drafting
• Strong hands-on exposure to high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Ability to prepare complete and detailed interior fit-out technical drawing packages
• Effective coordination with Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings and teams
• High proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
• Knowledge of Revit or BIM tools will be considered an added advantage
• Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Fluency in both Tagalog and English is required
