Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
•     Hold a Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in the relevant field (depending on role).
•     Be registered with professional bodies where applicable (e.g., ICPAK, Engineers Board of Kenya, HRM practitioners).
•     Have prior experience in government service, administration, engineering, ICT, finance, or tourism.
•     Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
•     Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with Kakamega County’s mission of effective devolved governance.
•     Senior roles (Directors, Deputy Directors) require proven management experience and track record in public service.
