HIRING: FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

A well-established hotel in Dubai is seeking a motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to become part of its professional hospitality team. This role is ideal for a confident individual with strong leadership qualities, excellent guest service skills, and hands-on experience managing front office operations in a hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily front office activities and ensure smooth shift operations
• Deliver high standards of guest service and handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally
• Support and guide front office staff to maintain service excellence
• Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to hotel front office procedures

Requirements:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the front office
• Strong understanding of hotel PMS systems and front office processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage operational challenges
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Prior experience in UAE hotels will be considered an advantage
